My friend was THRILLED when over 100 decorated & delicious cookies arrived, for her large Birthday Party, with friends from all over the country! This banana bread is the best. Baked to flavorful perfection, the bread’s aroma fills the house. It has frequently been delivered warm. Is there anything better? It’s made with or without nuts & can also be made gluten-free. I was resigned to never having banana bread again once I had to go gluten-free. Was I wrong. Almost cried tears of joy. Lots of gluten-free bread products taste weird or like cardboard. Not this one. I highly recommend this bread.
